JeeLabs and Modern Device engineered these extension cables to work with JeeNodes and JeeUSB boards, to make it easier to hook up plugs to ports. They can be used for anything with six or fewer pins, of course, like getting an FTDI header to the outside of a project box.
Watch out for the color scheme because it’s a bit non-tradional. It comes from the variety of JeeNode signals.
The color codes were chosen to match the port header pinouts on JeeNodes ports:- PWR = Red
- DIO = Yellow
- GND = Black
- +3V = Green
- AIO = White
- IRQ = Blue
