These are standard 7805 regulators good for 1 amp. They have a dropout voltage of around 2.5 volts so require a minimum of about 7.5 input volts for a regulated output voltage. A 9 volt wall wart is recommended.
These regulators will fit the holes on both the RBBB & BBB regulators, just line up the metal heat sink with the thicker line on the board silkscreen. Orientation is also shown in the instructions pdf.
